Ampa Group (the "Group") operates the website at https://www.ampa.co.il and other digital interfaces, including sub-sites, dedicated landing pages, apps, and social media profiles/accounts such as Meta (formerly Facebook), Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. (collectively: the "Sites").
The Group attaches great importance to the right to privacy and is committed to maintaining and protecting the personal information it collects and holds regarding its existing customers, potential customers, and all users of the Sites (including for the purpose of applying for a position at one of the Group's corporations). The following privacy policy describes how personal information is collected, the types of personal information collected, the purposes of using the personal information, and the rights granted to you as a data subject regarding the personal information about you.

(C.N. 510000813), located at 1 Sapir St., Herzliya (the "Company" and the "Database", respectively). The Company is part of the Ampa Group – an Israeli holding group active in the fields of finance, real estate, hospitality, and agriculture, and it manages the database for its activities and the Group's activities. Contact details for the Company are specified under the "Data Subject Rights" chapter.
In this privacy policy, the term "Personal Information" means any data concerning an identified person or a person who can be identified with reasonable effort, directly or indirectly, including through an identifying detail such as a name, ID number, biometric identifier, location data, online identifier, or one or more data points concerning their physical, health, economic, social, or cultural status.

Additionally, if the personal information is used for direct mailing services, you are entitled to demand in writing that the information about you be deleted from the database used for direct mailing.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Company may change the terms of this privacy policy from time to time. If material changes are made, a notice will be published on the site's homepage 30 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, a notice will be published 7 days in advance, unless the change stems from a legal or regulatory requirement, in which case it will take effect according to that requirement.
