In 1998, following the acquisition of controlling interest in the company, management formulated a new strategy. As part of its implementation, most of the company's industrial operations were closed, and the vacated areas were utilized for the development of real estate projects. Upon the completion of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and the listing of its shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. on July 13, 2025, the company became a public company. It is included in leading indices, such as the TA-90, TA-125, SME60, TA-Real Estate, TA-Yielding Israel, TA-AllShare, and others.
The company has five core areas of activity reported as business segments in its financial statements: (1) Yielding Real Estate; (2) Entrepreneurial Real Estate; (3) Coworking Spaces; (4) Finance (Alternative Financing); (5) Residential Sales. Additionally, the company is involved in other sectors, including: plastics manufacturing, agriculture, renewable energy, hotels, and human resources contracting for foreign workers in the construction industry.
